We can offer your school a large range of discounted library books to expand your provision. We also offer quotes for School licences for “Scholastic Reading Pro” as well as “Accelerated Reader” and with provision for quotes on appropriate levelled books for each system.
“Read and Respond” Teacher Handbooks also provide great lessons that link with class sets of 30 of the same text. For short 15 minute close reading experiences we offer “PM Guided Reading Cards”, “Scholastic Short Reads” and “Scholastic Close Reads”.
For phonics provision we can offer you “Ransom Reading Stars Phonics” and “Smart Kids” Letters and Sounds reading books which help to expand your children’s decodable home reading experience.
There are also “Catch Up” ransom phonics schemes such as “Goal” as well as “Reading Stars Plus” for Key Stage 2 pupils still needing to consolidate their phonic knowledge.
For creative writing intervention we recommend Pie Corbett “Story-Writing Box” for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
For oracy development we recommend the “PM Oral Literacy” series to enable children to think, speak, listen and question with confidence as they build on improving their communication skills. Also, the “PM Fast Forward” series is ideal to support juniors with improving their skills in reading to learn.
The PiLT and WiNC programmes are also ideal for one to one or small group catch up from Year 1 to Year 4.
